HADEN VALE CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR OPENING TIMES
Monday, 19th December – Friday, 23rd December open as normal from 8am – 6:30pm
(extended hours based at Portway Family Practice will operate as normal from 6:30pm – 8:00pm)
Monday, 26th December - Closed
Tuesday, 27th December - Closed
Wednesday, 28th December - Open as usual
Thursday, 29th December - Open as usual
Friday, 30th December - Open as usual
Monday, 2nd January - Closed
Tuesday, 3rd January - Open as usual
Please be reminded if urgent health care advice or treatment is required when we are closed please contact 111. Attend Accident & Emergency should your concerns be life threatening.
Limited appointments are available at Portway Family Practice when we are closed please call 0121 612 3422. This is also the number to contact them if you're enable to attend a pre-booked appointment.
